5 Tips and Tricks for Looking Healthy!

I'm so happy it is finally December!! In order to celebrate the fact that it is freezing outside, I am going to show you 5 tricks for looking instantly healthy, which is a must have for those winter days when you are feeling under the weather and don't have much time to get ready. Only one of my tips actually uses makeup, so you should defenetly have all of these products! Lets get started:

Tip 1: Naturally Buffing Your Lips



Take petroleum jelly and rub it onto your lips. Wait around 5 minutes then take a rough towel and rub it in circular motions over you lips. This will take off all the dead skin and give you supper smooth, kissable lips!

Tip 2: Look More Awake


All you have to do is take and illuminating concealer and place some under your eyes and on the bridge of your nose. When you put it under your eyes you automatically make it look like you got lots of sleep and when you put it on your nose it adds a nice glowy and dewy finish.


 Tip 3: No More Cakey Makeup


Nobody wants to look like they are wearing their entire makeup collection on their face, so if you look in the mirror and you see your foundation, concealer, bronzer, highlight, powder, blush, and contour powder all over you face, take a spray bottle filled with water and mist it over your face 3-5 times. This decreases the cakey look and adds a nice dewy, healthy finish.


Tip 4: Eat Healthy








Eating healthy is always good, so if you can, try to incorporate as many fruits and veggies into your diet as you can! You can even cheat and have fruit flavored yogurt as long as it is all natural.


Tip 5: Drink Up


Water has amazing properties that helps your skin and your entire body feel and look better.  So lay of the soda and drink some water! Try to drink as much as you can and I recommend carrying around a water bottle to school or work that way you don't have and excuse not to drink it!
