My Spring Makeup

This makeup look is very fun, but casual enough to wear everyday! I have a purple eyeshadow lining my upper lash line as well as a black liquid liner that has a slight wing. Underneath my eyes I have a green shadow lining my lower lash line. I love adding colorful eyeliners/shadows under my eyes for the spring! It is a subtle way to add bright colors to your look. As for lips I am wearing a gorgeous hot pink lip color!

NOTD: Gel

As you can probably tell from the title, I went and got a gel manicure (Im almost positive that is what it's called if not please let me know the real name)! I don't get manicures very often so I figured if I was going to spend money on getting my nails done, I mine as well pay a little more and get gel. Gel is really nice because it stays on for at least 2 weeks (so I've heard) and it looks really good! They have so many color options, but I couldn't decide on colors so I went for a simple french manicure and i LOVE it! They look so fresh and a clean and simple and will match everything I will wear. Now that I look back I wish I had gotten a bright color, but I still love it! So here is a picture↓

I hope you guys go get your nails done!:)

These are the 5 things I'm using↑

Add a cute headband to make the whole look more interesting.

These cute feather earrings add a cute, casual look to the whole thing.

Im not sure if I have enough confidence to wear something like this in public, but if you do, this is super cute! I love the boho look.

Adding two colorful bobby pins makes your look more fun!

A cute hat makes this look so effortlessly cute!

Gradient Nails

In my last post I showed you guys my nails and I got a comment saying that they couldn't figure out how to achieve the gradient affect, so I decided to tell you guys real quick. It is amazingly simple and turns out so pretty!
All you have to do is paint your nails a nice solid base color, preferably white. Them take a makeup sponge and paint your colors onto it (I used three colors because I thought that would give a nice fading affect). The take your sponge and sponge the paint on your nails and finish off with a clear coat!
This is what the sponge should look like after you put the color on it:)
Hope you guys try out this nail look!
